Review: Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part Two

Conclusion:

Go see the final movie. It’s a beautiful, magical ending absolutely worth every second of waiting you’ve done for the past ten years. I love Harry Potter. The End.

Appendix A:

Waited three hours in line, but we didn’t end up going in costume. :-( We looked everywhere, but there was NO Harry Potter merchandise or costumes to be found. Even at Party City. How is that possible? The closest we came was a wand, a necklace, and a Gryffindor sweatshirt at Hot Topic. EPIC FAIL. I’ll have to find some real merch, and after I read the books head down to Potter world in Orlando. How ironic. The Wizarding World of Harry Potter is located in the one country that isn’t mentioned a single time in the series. Hm.

Appendix B:

I’m going to start talking about a new series I’ve read a bit more here on the blog. And just to warn you all, I’m also planning a theme change coming up here soon. Though I only know one person who would be aghast at the news of a theme change. IT HAPPENS. Anyways I’ll get started on that. Might be going to see Deathly Hallows Part Two tonight again in 3D… we’ll see if I can endure another emotional onslaught within 24 hours…

Happy Trails,
Sam.
